Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional, highly organized Service Call Dispatcher to join our mobile RV repair team. In this role, you will be the critical link between our customers and technicians, coordinating rapid, effective service to restore travelers' journeys. The ideal candidate excels under pressure, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Respond to inbound service requests via phone, app, and web.

  • Create accurate work orders, prioritize cases, and dispatch technicians efficiently.

  • Manage real-time communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

  • Provide proactive updates and ensure customer satisfaction post-service.

  • Maintain detailed records of service activities and assist with performance reporting.

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

  • Utilize technical knowledge of RV systems (or demonstrate the ability to learn) to triage service calls.

  • Recommend improvements to service processes based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in service dispatch, fleet coordination, or a related field for US company. (HVAC, automotive, marine, or RV industry experience preferred).

  • Must be able to speak English without an accent and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills required to convey information.

  • Experience with dispatching software (e.g., Housecall Pro) preferred.

  • Knowledge of RV systems is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.

  • Must have a reliable internet connection with a backup option and a quiet, distraction-free working environment.

  • Must have prior experience working the night shift (8 am to 5 pm Eastern time)

Job Type:

  • Full-Time 40hrs Weekly

Pay:

  • Starting Rate is $8/hr US Dollar

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

  • 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time
